Founder’s Portfolio
The founder’s own inventions, engineering, and research, shown openly. Proof of range that sits apart from the firm’s client services. Owned work is named; proprietary methods are withheld; anything still in development is labeled as such.
Owned innovations

Enclosure, circuitry, liners, panels, and brackets — all fabricated by hand. The MK 3/4 was the first working Rushlight, standing up in-house kill and environmental testing within weeks of the March 2020 shutdown. The timestamps, more than the sheet metal, are the point: proof of how fast Forge turns a problem into working hardware.

Invented, engineered, and fabricated a validation-ready UV-C surface sterilizer (TRL 5) on a novel proprietary dosing model. In independent ISO 17025 laboratory testing — under deliberately simulated improper loading and a challenge inoculum set above the ISO requirement — it achieved >99.9994% (>5.20-log) reduction of sporulated Clostridioides difficile and >99.995% (>4.27-log) of Candida auris (recorded January 2022, ahead of the CDC’s urgent-threat classification). The mechanism remains proprietary.
Independently tested by Microchem Laboratory (ISO 17025) — Study NG19003, modified ASTM E1153, report author Brady Ryan, B.S.
Re-engineered the interior wiring architecture of the Porsche 928 — widely regarded as one of the most complex analog vehicles ever built, “the engineer’s car” — removing roughly 180 feet of harness with no loss of function, and making the system far easier to maintain and troubleshoot. The F.A.S.T. thesis in physical form: take out the waste, keep all the capability.
Named inventor on multiple U.S. and international patent filings in sterilization and disinfection systems, with a documented path from a 2020 provisional through PCT to a U.S. non-provisional application. USPTO filing acknowledgements available on request.
Orchestrated U.S.-based manufacture of 22 pre-production units within 16 months of national lockdown, across operations spanning three states, with thousands of pages of technical-assembly and compliance documentation.

In development
Described by outcome only — methods withheld. Several are research-stage and not cleared products.
A research-stage engineering capability that turns diagnostic imaging into patient-specific, 3D-printable anatomical models and models range-of-motion change to inform spine and orthopedic implant selection and custom design. The demonstration model is reconstructed from the founder’s own diagnostic imaging — the same work behind Unknown Distance, his forthcoming book. Investigational; not a cleared medical device.
An AI-assisted review layer that reads large record and document sets and surfaces discrepancies, omissions, and compliance gaps for human sign-off.
Bespoke models that turn messy data into a defensible number — valuation and pricing thresholds, signal extraction from unstructured media, and predictive purchasing.
Define what “good” looks like, instrument it, and act on leading indicators rather than lagging ones.
Research & writing
Research on cytokine signaling and aberrant patterns in neurodegenerative disease (MS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s-type dementia), including a two-part lecture series and review-paper drafting.
A doctor reclaims his life, and finds new purpose, after spinal cord injury · forthcoming
Braiding memoir, a patient playbook, and a clear-eyed critique of the system, it’s written to help patients become their own advocate when the outlook has radically changed. It’s the authority foundation beneath Forge’s health work: learning to read his own imaging became the patient-specific modeling capability, and reconstructing his own care from the records became the forensic records-and-compliance auditing tool. Evidence, not just experience.
Owned work is named freely; client work is anonymized elsewhere on this site; proprietary methods are never disclosed.
